Outback Steakhouse

Was here last night for dinner with my wife. I ordered a 12oz sirloin, m/r well this was the worst restaurant steak I have ever had. Couldn’t even chew it and it didn’t even look like a sirloin it was kind of oval and the top,was kind of puffed up. Took it home to see if I could do something else to it to make it edible but didn’t happen. My dog enjoyed it. I work in food service so didn’t complain there but will not be going back.

Service was friendly but they got part of the order wrong. The steak was good but very small for the price. The "STEAKHOUSE PHILLY" was horrible. The meat was over cooked and burnt. There was a cheese sauce dripping out while there were pieces of unmelted cheese throughout the sandwich. If you want a steakhouse I would recommend Texas Roadhouse on Malabar Rd., better food and better price.

Fast service, great value lunch options. Server was fast and friendly, would definitely come back.

I understand being busy but in waited there for over 30 minutes for an order I did online and got to store when I was texted saying it was ready. Furthermore, I ordered burger and steak, burger did not come with lettuce or tomato which I asked specifically for, and the steak, which was supposed to be well done for my wife, was charred on the outside and a deep pink in the center. I have been to many outback steakhouse restaurants, this one was an extreme disappointment

Its a shame a steakhouse cant get the cooking temperatures right on a steak. My son's came of perfect mine raw on a med rare request. They said it would take a min, well 15 minutes later she brings me same steak well done. The manager steps in and says let us make it right after an hour and 15 minutes brings out a new steak that a manager supposedly cooked, cut into it in front of manager and barely cooked...needless to say i didnt get to eat and left very disappointed. If you ever get sat to the right of the bar at those 2 or 3 tables prepare yourself for a long night of frustration. I have been sat in this section 2 times both times horrible....its there overflow that waitress and waiters forget you.

Horrible steak , Got the Filet Mignon and every time has tons of gristle. Def not a Gilet. Outback special is much better

I like the food here, but I've been there three times in the last eight days and each time there was several pieces of white paper items on the floor that was clearly visible. Hostess and waiters would continually walk over these items. I'd tell a waiter or hostess about this and neither time any action was taken. It would take me having to request a manager to point out to them this issue.

Great place. This is the one near Melbourne and they always have great meals. As a chain I would expect the food to be consistent and it was. Same food, same taste and same feel. What was different was unfortunately the service. Our waitress was not up to part with good service. It is sad to see that especially when the chain is good and the food as well. But overall we would go back. Hoping not it have this waitress.

Fries way too salty. Asparagus not cooked enough. Hamburger ok. Husband's steak rare in middle. Overpriced for what you get. Texas Roadhouse much better, including bread.

the food was great. the steak was cooked just how I like it and the shrimp was great

Outback is a very good Steakhouse if you're in the mood for a different Steakhouse there is usually a wait so get there early if you want to have a seat or you can book online enjoy yourself

We ordered our meal for our anniversary on 04/02/2020 for delivery. Or meal was delivered on time. It was still hot, and was delicious!!! Thank you so much for an excellent meal!!!

I have a lot of severe food allergies, including wheat and shellfish, they did a great job accommodating my dietary needs and keeping my food safe. A huge shout-out to my server today Natalie for checking to make sure what was and wasn't safe, and for explaining so much to me today. Thank you so much! I will definitely be back 💙

Steaks were flavorful and tender and cooked to the way we requested. Busy night but server was attentive and accurate. The atmosphere was lively and added to our enjoyment.

Great service! Our server was Justin and he is an excellent server! Our food was cooked well and came out quickly. They have an extensive gluten free menu as well.

Our food is always wonderful. Can't say enough about the staff. Management Ed and Melissa always making sure that Happy with your food. My husband and I. Feel like family when we dine there.

Never knew broccoli could have such flavor. Both steaks, my fiance's and mine, came out perfectly.

We are frequent (weekly) customers ... very impressed with Kelly at the bar. This is the 2and time the sirloin was not cooked - so had to go back on the grill and the bake potatoe was half cooked. Hope next weeks visit is greatly improved from the preparation of food.

Not sure if this Outback is under new management or just got a new cook or what but all I can say is I had pretty much given up on this Outback until my most recent visit. Our waiter Kerry was excellent with great service. The food, normally quite unacceptably poor, was really very good. I had the shrimp quesadilla and it was tasty and well prepared. If this level of quality continues I will gladly make this local Outback a regular restaurant to visit.

The food was mediocre and i had to send my steak back twice. First time it was so raw inside it was almost blue. The second time the outside was charcoal. Ended up with Prime Rib instead which was good but not what I wanted. At least the staff was nice and helpful.

Great service. From the top on down. Ed the GM runs a great establishment. My normal go to server is Travis at the bar. But everybody is great. They definitely ensure you’re satisfied, never rush you and are always a great conversation. This is one of my regular go to places each week.

We went there to have a good date for valentine's day. We didn't noticed that the restaurant was closing in 20 minutes but the host sat us anyways, unfortunately everything seemed rushed. I have mixed feelings, but I wouldn't say it was a bad experience for the most part.

I had the prime rib,it was over cooked. Got another piece,still a little over. I was handled professionally,and still good. Prime rib is like that sometimes. Excellent service and great manager visit

Wow! Exceptional service from the time we walked in until we walked out! Host didn’t mind seating us where we wanted to be. Service was great. I have a lot of food allergies that can be daunting for me when I go out to eat and the server didn’t bat an eye. He made me feel comfortable and like it was a pleasure to help. The food actually looked like the pictures and even better, it tasted perfect. You could see the entire staff from the front, the back, and even the bar working together like they were one big happy family! Best management hands down!

It was a little late but we were hungry. I had the bourbon bacon salmon and it was yummy deliciousness!! I would highly recommend it was absolutely to die for! I paired it with a few blackberry martini's which are so good its the main reason i go there :) Maggie was our server and was awesomely attentive we loved her and T the manager was very nice and accomedating we love this place!!

Hannah went above and beyond in getting me taken care out. Thank you for the exemplary customer service! She is most certainly and asset to this location.

The food was good and the service great. Our server Travis was perfect and seemed to know just when to check on us. Very polite and well mannered. His parents must be proud. Outback should be sure he doesn't get stolen by the competition and should use him as a trainer.

Ordered a salad online for curbside pickup. Food was overpriced and I didn’t get my food till 20 minutes after they said it would be ready

Sat outside, wonderful evening. They turned on the gas heaters which provided just the right amount of heat. Had the prime rib and sweet potato which were superb. They actually ran out of their normal bread but brought us some substitute. Definitely not as good, but appreciated their effort. The food took a little longer than normal to come out, but the manager came out and apologized and offered free desserts. She came and checked on our party a couple of times. Overall very impressed, food was fantastic, like anything a couple of hiccups occurred and the restaurant responded and ensured we had a first class experience. Thank you!!!

This Outback is our go-to spot on a Friday or Saturday night when we are in the mood for the signature cheese fries and Prime Rib. I don’t know what it is, but the Outback Ranch is what makes the entire app. 💯! If we get there early enough (before they sell out) I always have to get the prime rib. Perfect every time and paired with the Au Jus, it’s the only way to go in my opinion. As far as service staff, I’ve never had any complaint. Every team member I’ve experienced has a detailed description of every item on the menu including spirit beverages. Very nice job Outback! We will be back soon! Keep up the good work and great food!

Our server, Don, made this one of the best experiences at Outback we’ve had! The Outback in Roanoke VA was good, but we quit going because we felt entirely rushed. Don made us feel that we were important, and did not hurry anything. Food was good, as always.Thanks, Don.

Wow! Pay for a 16oz steak and get a 16oz steak. I just had their prime rib it was AMAZING! everywhere else "out of curiosity" since I weigh all my food, steaks at competing restaurants advertise 8 oz you get a 6 oz, buy a 6 oz and get a 4 oz instead. This is our go to restaurant for steaks from now on. Thank you!

Took the family out on a Friday night and the place wasn't slammed, we were seated right away. Staff was very friendly. Waiter was also polite and well spoken.Food was perfectly cooked and tasted great.Rare enough, the kids actually ate all their food this time.We will be making this a part of the regular restaurant rotation.

Great place to eat. Good food, friendly staff, reasonably priced. Decided to visit on a Friday night. There was a waiting line for about an hour. The tables in the bar are first come, first serve which can get you around the wait time. We actually saw that there were open spaces on the patio, which also circumvents the wait time. We were seated right away. The waiter was very friendly and took our drink order. The signature warm bread was wonderful and filling. Our food came quickly and was well prepared. Overall, a very nice experience, very enjoyable.
